Katrina is an experienced Clinical Psychologist and has completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She has worked for over 20 years in a variety of areas, including public health services, private hospitals, and private practice.
Katrina works with adults across a broad range of clinical issues, including anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, adjustment issues, grief and loss, personality disorders, interpersonal difficulties, adult ADHD, and complex mental health issues. Katrina uses evidence-based therapeutic processes, including Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement De-sensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Katrina is approved by the Psychology Board of Australia as a supervisor for all psychology training pathways and enjoys providing supervision for ongoing professional development to psychologists.
